vimeo-symbol_93pxThis is a great exercise to strengthen the piriformis muscle. Strengthening the piriformis is a major goal in treating pelvic dysfunction. Make sure to combine this exercise with a release technique for the piriformis.

 



 

Resistance Loop Band – The resistance loop band is a great tool to train the piriformis. Make sure to choose one that is not too thin, so it stays in place while you train. Resistance Loop Bands come in sets with difference resistances to fit every need.
