using a SWISS BALL
This is a great way to release tension from your hip flexors as well as the abdominal muscles while mobilizing the spine into extension. Make sure to fully relax over the ball and keep your balance at the same time.
Swiss Ball – The Swiss Ball is a universal training tool and also offers a great way to stretch your body in extension. The Bosu Ballast Ball has some weights in it and does not roll around by itself – great to be used in the studio.
