using a SWISS BALL
This is a great exercise to strengthen the abs while avoiding too much tension to build up in the hip flexors (psoas muscles) through the training. This is extremely useful when treating muscle dysbalance that occurs with pelvic dysfunction.
Make sure to take your time and stretch over the ball before and after training your abs.
Swiss Ball – The Swiss Ball is a universal training tool and also offers a great way to stretch your body in extension. The Bosu Ballast Ball has some weights in it and does not roll around by itself – great to be used in the studio.
